The venue that once invited us to come skate and all of a sudden found the whole world on their doorstep. Who always offers us support and the owner of this epic venue even stands behind the bar at SO.. 💛 it’s like our family home 🏡

The Klokgebouw, located on the grounds of Strijp-S in the Strijp district, is an iconic building with a rich history and a vibrant future. We can use 6.0000 m2 of this building to skate in.

The Klokgebouw, completed in 1928, originally served as a location where Philips produced the Philite, a name for Bakelite used for various technical applications. It is also the place where Frits Philips started his career in 1930. On the other side were the engine room and the boiler room, which provided the site with heat. The name of the building is derived from the clock in the tower, in which the letters of Philips are incorporated.

Today, the Klokgebouw, an imposing 30,000 m² building, is the beating heart of creative Eindhoven, with more than 100 entrepreneurs in the creative sector located there. The entire site is home to numerous innovative and creative companies, rehearsal rooms and stages for dance and pop music. The center of it all are the halls which give space to epic, one of a kind, events and big artists.

For people who like to WATCH the action from the bar, sit back, catch up and have a drink, the entrance is FREE. For SO.. competitors the entrance to the park itself to skate is, as usual, free. SO.. we decided to bring back the crew competition, with some fresh twists!! Inspired by -and in cooperation with- the legendary AWHOU @skate_awhou crew competition of 2017, we’ve created a list of 50+ challenges to be completed during the week leading up to SO.. and throughout the competition weekend- so everyone can be part of the action.

From landing tricks to sightseeing to completely random missions with friends (or strangers… who knows?), these challenges are all about pushing limits and creating unforgettable moments. How far is your crew willing to go?

The crew with the highest total points will be crowned SO.. THE BEST CREW OF 2026!
